ViewCast announced the release of 2 Osprey cards: Osprey-700eHD and Osprey-240e   April 16, 2007 ViewCast today announced the release of 2 new audio and video capture cards to extend its highly successfully Osprey product line: the Osprey-700eHD and the Osprey-240e. Both cards are low-profile format, utilizing the compact 1 lane PCI Express interface and running on all current Windows environment (XP, Server 2003 and Vista). The new Osprey-700eHD is an HD-SDI and SD-SDI A/V input card designed for broadcasters and content owners needing to repurpose HD and standard-definition (SD) content for IP video distribution and video-on-demand applications. The Osprey-240e is for the general professional analog audio/video capture; it provides connectivity for component, Y/C, and composite video inputs and Balanced and Unbalanced Stereo audio inputs.
